We didn’t stumble into outdoor design. We were built for it. We’re a father-daughter duo who believe the best ROI in real estate is hiding right outside your back door.

Two Designers. One Mission.

As landscape designers with real skin in the STR game, we know what works, because we’ve done it ourselves. We’re not guessing at what guests want. We’re investors, creatives, and outdoor obsessives who have tested every idea on our own properties first.

Your backyard is your biggest untapped asset. Let’s build something worth booking.

The Visionary

Stephen Stewart

Stephen creates spaces that make guests hit “Book Now”, and experiences that earn 5 star reviews.

Stephen creates spaces that make guests hit “Book Now”, and experiences that earn 5 star reviews.

A Texas A&M graduate, real estate investor, and the kind of person who walks into a room (or a scraggly patch of land) and immediately knows what it could become. He owns four short-term rental properties in Colorado, and every single one of them is outperforming its market. That’s not an accident. That’s intentional, strategic, experience-first design, starting from the outside in.

Stephen is competitive by nature, wildly creative by wiring, and the type of person who makes friends in elevator lines and turns strangers into repeat clients. He doesn’t follow trends; he thinks around them, past them, and usually ends up somewhere nobody else thought to go.

He’s an outdoor enthusiast, an out-of-the-box thinker, and genuinely one of the most fun people you’ll ever hire. When Stephen takes on your property, he’s not just designing a space. He’s designing a reason for guests to come back.

The Storyteller

Ella Stewart

Ella has always known that spaces tell stories. Her job is to make sure yours tells a great one.

Ella has always known that spaces tell stories. Her job is to make sure yours tells a great one.

A Colorado State University graduate, Ella brings a designer’s eye, a writer’s instinct, and a deep love of the natural world to every project she touches. She’s the one who notices the way afternoon light falls across a deck, the way a fire pit placement changes the entire energy of a space, the way native plantings can make a guest feel like they’ve arrived somewhere truly special.

She’s a reader, a writer, and a creative who thinks in layers like texture, flow, and feeling. She doesn’t just design for aesthetics. She designs for connection and for the moment a guest steps outside and thinks, I need to come back here.

Where Stephen sees the big vision, Ella builds the world inside it. Together, they design the part of your listing that guests actually talk about.
